Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-performance trading engine components.
- Develop and optimize order matching, risk management, and market data processing systems.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and low latency.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts, traders, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation for robust deployment.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in trading systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing trading engines or low-latency trading systems.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in C++ or .Net.
- Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of networking, multithreading, and concurrency.
- Familiarity with FIX protocol, market data feeds, and order management systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Understanding of financial regulations and risk management principles.
