What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Representative – Travel, you’ll work closely with clients to bring their dream vacations to life by:

Personalizing Every Trip: Learn each client’s travel preferences to create customized resort, cruise, and adventure experiences.

Organizing Travel Logistics: Arrange flights, accommodations, ground transportation, dining reservations, and activities.

Designing Smooth Itineraries: Build complete, seamless travel schedules for individuals and groups.

Providing Ongoing Support: Assist clients with questions or adjustments before and during their trips.

Collaborating with Vendors: Communicate with travel suppliers, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators to confirm bookings and special requests.

Ensuring Accuracy: Review details to make sure every itinerary is correct and meets client expectations.
What We’re Looking For

A passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for others

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Comfort with using online booking tools and web-based research

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Previous customer service, administrative, hospitality, or travel experience is a plus (but not required)
