Latchel is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven team member to join our Customer Profitability Team as a Customer Profitability Associate. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of key programs such as Assisted Ledgering, Optional Benefits, and marketplace benefits (e.g., Piñata, Filters, CoverPest), along with any future product or program rollouts. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of customer data, contributing to the operational quality and profitability of our services.
The Customer Profitability Associate will report directly to the Customer Profitability Team Lead and will work closely with stakeholders across Customer Success and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-heavy, analytical environment and enjoys working with spreadsheets, data sets, and process improvements.
This role ensures accurate and optimized customer financial data, which is critical to delivering profitable, seamless services at scale. The Customer Profitability Associate plays a key role in identifying revenue opportunities, reducing operational errors, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
This role is great for someone who loves uncovering insights in the data and making real changes to improve the customer experience and Latchel’s profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain ledgering reports for assisted services and benefit programs.
- Conduct routine audits and in-depth analysis of customer ledger data.
- Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate them through proper reporting channels to stakeholders such as CSMs and Finance.
- Propose and implement reporting and operational improvements alongside the Customer Profitability Team Lead.
- Support the launch and integration of new customer-facing programs by ensuring backend accuracy and ledger alignment.
Basic qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and high comfort level with spreadsheets and numerical data.
- Demonstrated passion for improving operational processes and service quality
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
Monday – Friday, flexible but aligned with US business hours. More fixed hours may be developed later.
